Job Role: Delivery Manger
KEY REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:
- Substantial Project Management experience with large-scale operational or project management environments - preferably handling banking applications.
- Overall 12+ experience in the IT services industry with a minimum 6 years+ of experience covering offshore delivery management for large enterprise clients.
- Strong People practice credentials in engagements and management of tech/delivery team sizes of 100+ people.
- Must have extensive experience in managing application development projects(Java, .NET, database and UI).
- Innovative strategies, people management, program execution & risk management, project planning and monitoring, taking ownership.
- Should be able to connect to customers and other project stake holders quickly and manage the perceptions to our advantage.
- Focus on quality of the delivery and customer satisfaction and provide leadership on new services offerings / strategy
- Establish strategic alignment with technology or domain, provide support to COEs to achieve business goals
- Point of escalation for all the delivery related issues manage customer expectations and take appropriate decisions to resolve issues.
- Well-versed with quality management processes, must have awareness to Management Metrics, ISO / CMMi processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent from a premier Institute.
- 10 + years experience with IT services industry with experience in handling delivery/ program management for larger enterprise clients . must have extensive experience in managing application development projects(Java, .NET).
- Must have good understanding of digital technology stack – Cloud, UI, Mobile and Microsoft technology stack.
- Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written.
- Strong customer facing experience in US/ Europe is must.
