We have so many instances in a single rule and when a rule gets violated we have to manually go the Rule-> click on each instance and resolve the violations one after other. It’s a time consuming process. Do we have something from where we can resolve all the violations pertaining to a single rule at a time instead of going to each rule instance and resolving one by one.

We are using OPT_8.0_SP3_Fix4 and MWS SP14.

Based on the information, it sounds like you have a Sticky rule defined and wants to resolve each of the rule instances without having to click on the resolve button available for each rule instance.

If my assumptions are correct, you can achieve what you want by using the "Enabled" column available on the Rule List page (Administration->Analytics->Rules->Rule List) for the given Rule. When you first come to the Rule List page for their Rule you will see a green icon as the value for the "Enabled" column. If you click the icon they can disable the rule (turns the icon red) which will resolve the rule violation. You will then need to click the red icon to enable the Rule and all associated rule instances.

Let me know if this works for you.
