I need to receive incoming mails from my mail. how can i achieve this?

Go to IS Admin page -> settings -> port and create a email port(SMTP), while configuring that mention the flow service name give full path of the service which you want to receive the email body or attachments then use the built-in MIME related services and enable the port which monitors the email id you mentioned.

If any new email arrives then the specified flow service which you mentioned during configuration of SMTP port will invoke.
