I am a newbiee ki webmethod...could some1 please provide some useful docs about wm and wmdeveloper ?

Frankly, best documentation is one at documentation.softwareag.com. Get it early, if you don't have Empower account. As the documentation will only be accessible with Empower in future.

You can refer the tutorial at IDN http://idnxchange.com/webmethods-tutorial.html , as of now it does not have basic concepts about wM Developer but it holds very good scenarios for creating packages, sample flow service and any to any data transformations
