If you have wMDeployer installed in your wM environment, then you can deploy packages ( full & partial ) using Deployer which is pretty simple . You can check the wMDeployer guide and create the project.

You can use publishing and subscribing from wm Admin page and deploy the packages. U need to configure the servers in remote servers first to achieve this .
