    is there any inbuilt service in WM 9.5 for compression of files or zipping files ?
    any idea ,please suggest

    Install WmSamples Package. (download it from the below link)

    The WmSamples package contains following services.

    Work with file execution in Integration Server.
    Create services that build and extract data from MIME and S/MIME messages.
    Create services that compress and decompress data.
    etc..

    Download WmSamples package and save it to the webMethods_Install_Dir\IntegrationServer\replicate\inbound directory. Use Integration Server Administrator to install and activate the package.
