    I agree , please do not demand 'field-by-field' solutions to things that are clearly documented by SAG....pls. follow the instructions in the doc, if you face issues , post it here

    JMS connection alias can be created using native API or JNDI.first learn JMS concepts then decide how do u want to create,learn by practical
