    Hi All,
    Please help me. We had installed webmethods 9.6 on Windows Server 2008 R2. Every component is correctly installed except Designer. Designer is not showing UI development. Any pointer in this regard will be very helpful. Thanks in advance.

    This is due to admin access restrictions. extract each component available in eclipse\update folder and put it in eclipse\v43_96 folder and restart the designer.

    Hi All, finally the issue was diagnosed. webmethods support team informed us that it is related with license and they will let us know once it is resolved on their end. Thanks everyone for providing support
