Urgent is there a method where we can clear cache propertes without an IS restart

If you could access try pub.cache.admin:clearAllCaches or clearCache else restarting IS is the only other option

You could also try clear cache from the admin page service usage right there all the cached services are visible at the bottom and clear them it should work. If we remove them from db we are still using caching so the request would never go to db as long has the output for those inputs ate available on the IS
