    IN MWS you can find this under Administration--> Messaging--> Brokers. IF your broker is running then select your broker. you can see tab called Dead Letter Queue. Default it won't configured. Note after configuring DeadletterQueue if published document Dont have client or not able to reach client means it will be placed in Dead letter Queue which you can't revert the document
