Hello All,

Sometimes webMethods email poller unable to pick the emails from Mail box means stalling the connection, then we have to disable and re-enabled the email port in IS admin page, after doing like this the process will be normal.

We are facing this issue very frequently (twice or thrice in a month).

Can anyone please help how to get notification mails/alert messages when email connection is hanged.

There is no flow service for this, but we can create JAVA service, can anyone please suggest and guide me to out come from this issue.
