We have to create gateway service.We will have a service called tn.routeFlatFile by using the service we will be sending the document to TN. we have to map pipeline variables to a doc. name tn_params(we need to give the name as it is)

In TN -> document type -> flatfile -> document name,pipeline matching variables.

TN: client will send the doc once only and that file will be stored in the database. when any problem occurs at receiver end,we can resubmit the document from the database.
